Thierry's is a close knit team and the work ethic at Horsefair House is very much about rolling up our sleeves and getting the job done, supporting each other to deliver the best results. 

Although we are a global business we are determined to retain out small company feel and philosophy. Amazingly (if you've ever been to Horsefair House) we manage to squeeze over 30 specialists into our office, spanning, buying, operations, sales, finance and marketing; a great mix from established and respected members of the wine trade to young and dynamic individuals looking to develop their careers within the industry. As well as our UK office, we have a base in South Africa to support our growing South African business which is managed by the inimitable Lucy Warner. Heading up Thierry's is the board of company owners; Hatim, Matthew, Lindsay and Dominique.
